Join us in the 7 Hills of Lynchburg Virginia for our annual red dress run!

When: Saturday, February 17 2024
Time: Prelube and check-in at Three Roads will start at 1pm. We will circle up at 2pm.
Start: Three Roads Brewery (1300 Court St, Lynchburg, VA 24504)

Join us on our annual red dress run! Put on your red dress and get ready for a good time! We will start at Three Roads Brewery and walk around downtown. There will be two brewery stops with a beer provided (bring hash cash and an ID if you prefer to get extra beer or a different beer than is provided). There will also be mobile alcohol stops.

This will be an a-a, pavement pounder trail, and end at Three Roads where we will have pizza for you for dinner. You will receive a wearable gimme, so please indicate your shirt size in your rego.

The cutoff for refunds and a guaranteed gimme is January 10, 2024. After that you can sell your rego to a friend or to whoever is next on the waiting list if there is one. Please send an email to melreisele@gmail.com if you need a refund or have to change anything about your rego.

This year's event will donate money to a leukemia fund. There will also be a poker-themed game for charity that you can play for a chance to win money and provide more donations! You can pay $5 a hand to join in on drawing cards to try and get the winning poker hand. If you win, you will get to keep 50% of the money and the other 50% will go to a hasher who is currently battling leukemia. If you would like to donate more money with your rego, you may.
