Update 8/26/20: I apologize for the radio silence, I have been extremely busy working in Rona world. The hospitals are packed and short staffed:(

Speaking of Rona, that hooker can't stop Cocktoberfest but she can force us to make a few changes.

The festhalle is closed this year but Helen is doing an open air Oktoberfest. Lots of venues and tents set-up outside. Good music, beer and food. It was explained to me as "it's basically a pub crawl."
So as far as festivities, there is plenty for us to do.

The hotel is still expecting us. The pool will still be open. The entire hotel is blocked off for hashers. It would be ideal if we could fill them all. The rooms that aren't filled by September 15th will be given to the general public. Please, please, please make your reservation before September 15th. I cannot guarantee anyone a room after that date. Once they open to general public they will go fast.

Rona, unfortunately is now a part of our everyday lives. We still need to ensure we practice social distancing as much as possible throughout the event weekend. Wear masks and wash your hands (A LOT). Give each other space as much as you can. Bring masks and bring hand sanitizer.

Some activities we will tweak to make things as safe as possible. For example, we won't being doing a room crawl this year due to social distancing. We'll also implement some other safety measures when it comes to serving food/beer.

If you feel sick or have any symptoms related to COVID-19 please do not cum. If you've been exposed and haven't completed a 14 day quarantine, please do not cum. Please help us keep everyone safe*

This year we can book the entire hotel (deets at the end)...thats right, the entire effin' thing. Please, please, please spread the word. We need to fill 58 rooms. Any rooms we don't book by mid September open up to muggles.
No muggles=more bad decisions!

FYI: There is a heated pool

*Dinner Friday and Saturday night provided.

*Breakfast provided Saturday and Sunday.

*Saturday during trail there will be plenty of opportunities to grab grub so bring $$. We'll also have some small snacks you can pack to take along.

Gimmes are definitely happening again this year. Festhalle admission provided for Saturday night.

7pm: Dress German attire if you want and get ready for more hotel shenanigans, field games and bad decisions.

1000: Hangover Trail
1100: Check Out

You can start making reservations now until mid September. The entire hotel is blocked off for us but whatever is left after the cut off date is opened to muggles (cutoff date TBA). Our goal is to fill all 58 rooms!!! When you call to reserve, just tell them you are with the House Hash Harriers.

Several wanks choose to stay an extra night. If you plan on staying Sunday night please know that this and ALL hotels in Helen sell out months in advance for dates in October. We do not have any rooms saved for Sunday. I recommend booking by April or May if you plan on staying Sunday.*
